Pretty frustrated. Got there for check in head reserved a king size room and got told there was no king size available. Got stuck with two queens bathroom tub took about six hours to drain told the front desk clerk nothing got done about it..

The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. The over room was clean and comfortable, and we were given a choice of which floor to stay on.. And check-in was smooth and quick!

We did not feel safe and left the establishment. There was a random man knocking and standing at our door for over 10 mins and nothing was done. Cameras were present but the staff would not check and said nothing was wrong.

The man that checked us in was great and very friendly, also the man that was doing housekeeping was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Unfortunately the bald muscular younger man that works morning was not and when we were there I called the front desk to make sure they charged us for the whole 12 days we were staying (had a problem at another hotel so I wanted to make sure) but I was told we were paid up until the 15th so I was shocked when we went to checkout and we were told we owed over $500. They charged $566 on the card and made my husband pay $94.94 in cash but put on the paperwork we got at checkout they charged $492 and wrote off $94.94? They guy at checkout argued with us about it although we called the card and let him hear they charged $566 so this situation still is not resolved! ANYONE STAYING HERE... BE CAREFUL BECAUSE WE WERE OVERCHARGED AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT MAKING IT RIGHT AND REFUNDING OUR MONEY!

Nothing. The room was dirty, the manager is terrible, and I did not end up staying here because of how filthy the hotel is. The manager refuses to give me money back on the first night even though I did not stay there at all.

I have pictures of a moldy dirty shower and sink and toilet , we stayed in room 101 the last room they had The walls were peeling , stains all over the walls , The bed had blood spots on sheets It was so noisy at night , someone knocked on our door at 2:00 am and we didnt answer. We were the first room off of the front desk . I have pictures tell me how I can send them to you . For the price of this room it was terrible. Corporate needs to see these pics
